At ddcare.in, we aim to provide fast and reliable delivery of all orders. This Shipping Policy explains how we manage processing, shipping, and delivery of our products.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
In case of delays due to stock, weather, or other issues, customers will be notified.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We deliver through trusted courier partners across India.
Estimated delivery time:
Local / Within City: 1–3 days
Within State: 3–6 days
Metro Cities: 4–7 days
Rest of India: 6–10 days
Delivery times may vary due to:
Courier partner delays
Weather or natural events
Remote location constraints
High-volume periods (festivals, sales)
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may vary depending on:
Customer location
Total order weight
Courier partner charges
You can view the exact shipping charge at checkout before placing the order.
Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or on orders above a certain amount.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped:
You will receive a tracking number via SMS/email/WhatsApp
You can track the shipment through the courier partner’s website or tracking link
If tracking is not updated for 24–48 hours, it could be due to courier system delays.
5. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners usually attempt delivery two or three times.
If undelivered due to:
Wrong address
Customer not reachable
Customer unavailable
The package may be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
6. Damaged or Missing Items During Delivery
If you receive a damaged, tampered, or open package:
1. Do not accept the delivery (if possible)
2. Take clear photos/videos of the package

We will assist with replacement or resolution after verification.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

8. Change of Delivery Address
You may request a change of address before the order is shipped.
Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
Some courier partners may allow rerouting for an additional fee (if supported).
