Return and Refund Policy

At ddcare.in, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience.

This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

You received a damaged product

You received the wrong item

The product has a manufacturing defect

The product is expired (in case of consumables)

To be eligible:

The item must be unused and in original condition

The packaging, labels, and accessories must be intact

The request must be made within [7 / 10 / 14] days of delivery (choose your preferred timeframe)

Certain products cannot be returned, such as:

Opened or used items

Hygiene-based or personal-care products

Custom-made or special-order items

Items without original packaging

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Share your order ID, reason for return, and supporting photos/videos

3. Our team will review the request within 24–48 hours

4. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the item back

(Please ensure the product is packed securely to avoid damage during return transit.)

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when:

The returned item passes quality inspection

The product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to:

Original payment method (UPI / Card / NetBanking), or

Store credit / wallet (if preferred)

Refund Time Frame

Refunds may take: 5–7 business days to appear in your account. This depends on bank/payment gateway processing times

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to:

A wrong product sent

A damaged or defective item

4. Replacemet Policy

You may request a replacement instead of a refund if stock is available.

Replacements are provided for:

Wrong item delivered

Damaged or defective products

Replacements are subject to stock availability.

5. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. A full refund will be issued.

After Shipping

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

You may apply for a return after delivery (if eligible).

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products that have been opened or used

Items damaged due to customer misuse

Products returned without original packaging

Items purchased during clearance sale

Perishable or hygiene-sensitive products

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If an order is undeliverable due to:

Wrong address

Customer not available

Phone number unreachable

Reshipping charges may apply. Refunds will exclude shipping fees.
