Payment Policy – DD Care

At DD Care, we aim to provide our customers with a smooth, secure, and reliable shopping experience. This Payment Policy explains the payment methods we support, how transactions are processed, and the rights and responsibilities of customers when making payments on ddcare.in.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following secure payment options:

Online Payment Options

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
  • Debit Cards / Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, etc.)
  • Net Banking (All major Indian banks)

Wallets

  • Paytm Wallet
  • PhonePe Wallet
  • Other supported wallets (as per payment gateway availability)

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available for selected locations and selected products.
  • Additional COD charges may apply (if mentioned on the product page).

2. Payment Security

Your security is our priority.

  • All payments on ddcare.in are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
  • We do not store your credit card, debit card, or UPI details on our servers.
  • Encryption is used to protect your personal and financial information during transmission.

3. Order Confirmation

  • Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS.
  • If you do not receive confirmation within 10 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.

4. Payment Failures

A payment may fail due to:

  • Network issues
  • Insufficient balance
  • Incorrect details
  • Gateway time-out

If the amount is deducted but the order is not confirmed:

  • The payment gateway will automatically refund the amount to your original payment method within 3–7 working days.
  • You may contact us with the transaction ID for faster assistance.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

  • COD orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order.
  • Repeated refusal or cancellation of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for your account.

6. Fraud Prevention & Verification

To protect customers and maintain secure transactions:

  • We may request additional verification for high-value or suspicious orders.
  • Orders suspected of fraud may be cancelled without prior notice.

7. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices displayed on ddcare.in are inclusive of applicable GST, unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown during checkout.
